For heavier installations, buyers must submit and/or discuss a Method Statement with the seller regarding the safe and careful dismantling of one or more installations. The lots in this auction are located on **different floors within the building**. Hoists are available, but buyers should be aware that all purchased goods must be **dismantled and moved downstairs or upstairs by the buyers themselves**. Gas, water and electrical connections will be professionally disconnected by the seller. The buyer is responsible for: * correct and careful dismantling; * all necessary tools and equipment; * internal transport on site; * sufficient personnel for lifting and moving the goods.
