A tail lift is useful when you regularly deliver heavy or bulky goods to locations without a loading dock or forklift. Take the tail lift's own weight into account, as this reduces the net loading capacity.

That depends on the volume, weight and shape of the goods. In addition to internal dimensions, also check loading opening, floor strength, loading height and available manoeuvring space.

For light, bulky goods, loading volume is usually limiting. For pallets, drinks or machines, empty weight and permitted loading capacity are more important.

A side door speeds up distribution work where you often unload smaller goods. Even in locations with limited space behind the vehicle, side access may be more practical.

A closed container provides good protection against weather and unwanted access. A sliding tarpaulin is more flexible when pallets or large goods are regularly loaded from the side.
