For heavier installations, buyers must submit and/or discuss a Method Statement with the seller regarding the safe and careful dismantling of one or more installations. The lots in this auction are located on different floors within the building. Hoists are available, but buyers should be aware that all purchased goods must be dismantled and moved downstairs or upstairs by the buyers themselves. Gas, water and electrical connections will be professionally disconnected by the seller. The buyer is responsible for: * correct and careful dismantling; * all necessary tools and equipment; * internal transport on site; * sufficient personnel for lifting and moving the goods.
