We therefore recommend carrying out your own careful inspection before placing a bid. **COLLECTION** Please note: collection for this auction is by appointment only and will take place from Monday, 28 September through Thursday, 1 October, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. All goods must be collected no later than 1 October. Buyers are **not** required to remove all components or the foundation. These may be left on site in consultation with the seller. After the lots have been awarded, the buyer(s) will be contacted to discuss the logistics plan. For heavier installations, buyers must submit and/or discuss a Method Statement with the seller regarding the safe and careful dismantling of one or more installations. The lots in this auction are located on **different floors within the building**. Hoists are available, but buyers should be aware that all purchased goods must be **dismantled and moved downstairs or upstairs by the buyers themselves**. Gas, water and electrical connections will be professionally disconnected by the seller. The buyer is responsible for: * correct and careful dismantling; * all necessary tools and equipment; * internal transport on site; * sufficient personnel for lifting and moving the goods.
